Isaac is 3 months old!

Can you believe he's 3 months old already! We've loved having this little guy in our family. He has such a sweet spirit and is a joy to be around. We got a surprise a couple weeks ago when he rolled over! He did it several times so it wasn't an accident. We're so proud of him!
His brothers also love him and have a lot of fun playing with him.

Check out my Slide Show!

Week Two

We had a great week. Sean got to get going on his projects- he's meeting with a lot of different people and goes downtown once or twice a week. The boys and I are enjoying our area here around the apartment. There are geese everywhere! On our way to the play group I had to stop and let a family with about ten goslings cross the road. And on our way back we saw a group with thirteen walking through the gate to our complex. The boys are really enjoying the park across the street and we're close enough to walk to Meijer (like Walmart Supercenter) and took advantage of that last week. We invested in a double jogging stroller and so far we love it! I can put all three boys in and go. (I get some funny looks sometimes!)

We also got to go to Palmyra, as you can see from the pictures. It was a perfect weekend to go- sunny and warm, and not to crowded yet from summer traffic. We also stopped by Niagara Falls and Kirtland on the way back. I'm not sure Niagara Falls was worth it, but it was beautiful. We're excited to go back to Kirtland in July. We'll see what this week brings!

On The Road Again!

We took off early this morning from Cincinnati for New York. It was a beautiful drive and the boys did amazingly well. We visited the Peter Whitmer Sr. home, where the Church was organized in Fayette, the Hill Cumorah, and the Palmyra Temple. We look forward to visiting the Joseph Smith Farm and walking through the Sacred Grove tomorrow morning. It has been a great trip and we hope you enjoy the pictures.

Week One

Well, it's been quite a week! Sean started with P&G on Monday and has been assigned some large projects. He's excited to learn new things and is going to do a great job. We're starting to get oriented to where we live here. There's lots of parks close by and yesterday we went to the biggest outlet mall I've ever seen. Today we found a beautiful bike trail along the Little Miami River. We purchased a double jogging stroller last week, so we put all three boys in and walked about 4 1/2 miles this afternoon. We were enjoying the sunny weather after several days of rain this week. It actually reminds us a lot of Oregon with the rain and how green it is. Just put some mountains in the background, change the trees to evergreen and you couldn't tell the difference. There's a lot of fun things to do here. We plan on going to King's Island in the next couple weekends (like Lagoon, for those of you familiar with Utah) and also the Children's Museum, the zoo, and of course a Cincinnati Red's game. We're also going to take advantage of being so close to Kirtland and Palmyra this summer. We'll have to see what this week has is store!

Trip to Cincinnati

We've have a great trip! We went to so many wonderful places and have had a great time. Looking back at the map it's hard to believe how far we've gone, until we make a list of all the places we've visited. I'm going to put some pictures up of some of the places we have been.

Nauvoo was absolutely beautiful with the tulips in full bloom and wonderful weather giving us gorgeous sunsets in the eveing. It's been awesome to learn more about the history of the early Saints and to be able to attend sessions in the temple there. Adam-Ondi-Ahman was also a favorite. There was such a special feeling there. The picture of the field is Adam-Ondi-Ahman. We'll remember this trip for a very long time.
