We had a fun Father's Day weekend! Sean came home from work early on Friday afternoon and was hoping to take the kids camping, but when they went the campground was full, so they went and bought a fire pit and camped in the back yard instead. We enjoyed it all weekend.
When I asked the kids what they wanted to do for their dad for Father's Day, they replied that they wanted to take a picture for him for his office. This first one is what we came up with. I love how our kids' personalities shine through when we take their pictures. Our kids have big personalities and we love it!
We barbequed for dinner Sunday evening and enjoyed a relaxing time in the backyard. They had prepared a creative skit to put on for Sean. They acted out three different scenes with different things that Sean has taught them: how to stop fighting, hard work, and playing ball. They ended with sharing things they loved about Sean. They did a great job!
Josh also had a great plan for Sean's dessert. He asked me to get a goblet at the store so that he could make Sean a brownie sunday in it. He was very thoughtful and did a great job.
