Pumpkin Carving Time!

I love family traditions! We had a fun night carving our jack-o-lanterns and getting messy! We're ready for Halloween!

 

Isaac gets an award

Isaac came home with a surprise yesterday...he was the top runner for his grade in the Fun Run! He was a little upset that I wasn't there to see him get it in the assembly, but they didn't tell me he was going to get it. We're very proud of him!

 

Halloween Recital

Josh and Nathan had a Halloween recital this last Monday and they did a great job! Beth, Bailey and Paige also came to support them. The kids got to dress up in their costumes and played Halloween songs. Both boys played their songs very well. Nathan wasn't even nervous for his first recital.

 

Disney on Ice

A friend gave me some discount coupons for the Disney on Ice show at the Moda Center. I invited all the cousins in the area to join us. Beth came with Bailey, Paige and Gannon and Robbie and Kristen came with Luke and Emmaleigh. We all had a great time! We got great seats on the bottom level and the show was a lot of fun. I took the kids to get ice cream afterwards.

 

A Trip to the Farm

On Saturday we went to a local farm for a fun morning doing the corn maze, a hay ride, a hay maze, playing in the barn and picking out pumpkins. It was a bit wet and muddy, but we found a break in the rain and had a fun time!
