The weather got better the second week we were in Oregon and one day we went and hung out with Grandma and Grandpa Larson. Grandpa took the girls out to see the cows and the girls found some beautiful flowers in the fields.

Sean's dad was having some scary symptoms, so Sean's mom took him to the hospital. She had to drop him off at the door! They found out that he needed double-bypass surgery on his heart so we went to Oregon for a couple of weeks to help out. We took two cars and Sean stayed with his parents with one of the boys and I stayed with my parents with the rest of the kids and Curry. We saw each other every couple of days and Sean came up for the weekend in the middle to spend some time with us. We took the kids on a hike up Bald Hill, a place we went on one of our first dates.

 

Last Day of School

It's been such a crazy end of the school year! They at first announced a two-week closure to "flatten the curve", and then the kids never went back. Isaac got to have his 6th grade graduation online, as well as Lydia's preschool graduation. The kids were troopers, doing the last quarter of the year online, but I'm looking forward to them going back in the fall!
