Halloween

Halloween was a lot of fun this year. Our ward had a party the Friday night before with dinner, a carnival and a trunk-or- treat in the parking lot.  On Halloween the kids had the annual Halloween Parade at Loma Vista and then their parties. That night we carved their pumpkins and then went trick or treating.

Last football games of the season

These boys had a lot of fun playing in their first football season! Isaac played running back and line-backer and Josh played lineman and special teams. They got in great shape and played hard in the heat, the cold and the mud.  Great job boys!

Josh's First Band Concert

Josh has done a great job picking up the trumpet this year. He played in his first concert at the High School with the high school band and the Adams Middle School band as well. His band teacher is awesome and it shows in the number of band students and in the quality of the performance.  They were awesome!

Boy Scout Overnight Hike

Sean took the boys on Josh's first boy scout overnight hiking trip. They went to Round Valley and hiked the 3 miles in and 3 miles out. The boys were up late and had a lot of fun!

Pumpkin Patch

We had a blast at Smith Family Farms on Saturday! We had a weekend with no football games so we took advantage of a nice afternoon with the whole family home to go and enjoy a hay ride to the pumpkin patch. They have a corn maze, a magic show, a barn show, a play area, live music, food and more. At the end you can take the hay ride out to the pumpkins and they drop you off at the parking lot so you don't have to carry them very far. It's been a fun tradition we've been doing for years and it's amazing how much the kids have grown! Lots of fun!
